Amazing Protection - Food Service Equipment & Supplies

We've used natural paper for smoking dino ribs and as a substrate for meat, and it's also very handy when you need to transport a lot of raw meat, as we've had a job where we were to smoke 80 1 pound short ribs and we used this paper to transfer them raw to protect the layers of meat.
