Great monitor for the price

I'd like to start this review by saying, I've upgraded from a 24-inch 1080p IPS panel. When I first plugged this monitor in, the colors were just awful. I wasn't the least bit impressed. After calibrating the monitor and using the Nvidia control panel to adjust the display settings, the colors look easy. Good. If you're working with a non-IPS panel, don't worry as my eyes are extremely sensitive and I can see very small things. The black is very deep, which is very nice. There's also a small issue with ghosting, but that's easy to forget and I honestly don't realize that it's there most of the time I play. Response time is excellent, just 4ms and I didn't notice any difference between my old 1ms monitor and this current one. Since I upgraded from 1080p, I want to tell you guys that the difference between 1080p and 1440p is amazing. The images are much sharper, more detailed, you can definitely see a lot more and everything is much clearer. While playing Warzone, I could see the enemies running through the streets while skydiving, but still very high in the sky. Recognizing people, objects, weapons, etc. is much clearer and a lot of fun. I only had this monitor for a day and couldn't go back to my old monitor. This is a true 144Hz monitor with great Freeync functionality that also works well with Nvidia GPUs. I haven't had a single tear in the game yet. For the price this is a great monitor.
