I study cosmetology at school and needed a new doll. I was so excited about this doll and ended up in a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! My hair melted trying to use a curling iron! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered another Hairingrid doll before this one and it was amazing. I think the description of this doll was very misleading, possibly even false advertising! It has been claimed to be 100% human hair. But human hair doesn't melt! Reading 100% human hair, I would expect this doll to be made out of real human hair only! I sent the doll back for a refund. It was a waste of time. Do not order this doll if you intend to style with heat of any kind. I can't imagine that would work with color, but I can't speak about it because I haven't tried coloring this doll's hair.
