I have made sure I bought the correct toner for my printer as I have been a private business for the past 4 years and have always used Brother printers. I own three of these. I made sure this particular toner was correct 3 times for my HL-L2350DW model and after replacing it the printer doesn't even recognize it. Writes to replace the toner. I'm so frustrated because I really needed to print some important documents. I hope to get a refund or a replacement.
