I LOVE this little laptop. It's light (less than 4 pounds), works well, and sits on my lap without getting hot. The screen is great in color and resolution. Powerful processors. Storage just right: 8 RAM and 255 GB SSD. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections are efficient, quick and easy to establish. The touchpad works great too. He is very sensitive to touch. I was able to disable the "Touch" option on the panel for left click and just left click on the panel and works great. It's a great little laptop that's very comfortable to use, really suits my needs and is a good budget price. CONS: I don't actually have any. It doesn't have a "touch screen" but I really didn't need it. No pen, no styles, but then again, I didn't need that.
