This is by far the best chair I have ever had! I had the opportunity to try Fry's and I was immediately hooked. I'm 5'9, about 185 pounds, with a muscular build. This is to give you an idea of what size I am sitting in this chair. Assembly: The assembly was quite painful. Aligning the screw holes with the back of the chair was problematic. It was quite strenuous to get your back straight (recommended 2 people). Also, don't be afraid to use the two pieces of plastic that fit over the side brackets; Make sure they line up and hit the center hard. Just note that the M8 bolts are already in the bolt holes, so don't look for a bag full of parts other than an Allen key. Back support: just perfect! The stool is hard but soft. The cushions are perfectly aligned to give me great support. Ideal for long gaming sessions. Quality: first class! The firmware, quality of parts, armrest, design and assembly are amazing. You can recline almost 90 degrees! Overall: Although expensive, you get what you pay for. Don't settle for second place, get it right the first time and get it.
