I ordered a large one based on the many reviews and the size chart. I could probably order a medium, but I wanted to play it safe and wanted them to be a little baggy. They are baggy but I think they could be a little longer. You may need to remove the hem. I weigh 132 pounds, about 5 feet 7 1/2 inches. The chest measurement is approximately 35 inches, 27 inches at the bottom and approximately 40 at the thick part of the croup. I will be able to use a lot of it, especially in winter when I walk my dog in the cold. I can wear a layer underneath. I will say that this is not the pair I really wanted. I first ordered a pair with white embroidery at the bottom. They sent me a jumpsuit with a zip. So I figured I'd better not order them again because I don't want to be sent back with a jumpsuit. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. To update. I think I'll return them for a size smaller. Another update: I didn't send them back. I just washed them and they are shrinking. I completely unraveled the edge, which gave me another 2 1/2 inches of length.
