Review on Sakkas IMI 5235 Petite Stretch Shirred Girls' Clothing by Ashley Leckie

I love this skirt but was surprised to find that the skirt is actually a little baggy when I expected it to be tight. Listened to the reviews and ordered 3X. I usually wear women 14-16. I have a typical hourglass shape and am quite small (big bust, small waist, big hips/butt and 5ft 2in). It's fine for work, but my concern is that it stretches and becomes unflattering throughout the day. I HATE returning things and it was only about $20 so I'll keep it to myself and see how it goes. But if I had known then what I know now, I would have voted 2X.
