I use this adapter to connect my Samsung S20 phone to a computer monitor (VGA) or TV (HDMI). It worked fine the first few times I used it. After that it only works after I connect the adapter to the phone and then restart the phone. Once I unplug the adapter from my phone I have to repeat the above process (plug in and restart) to get it working. I contacted support and gave them the requested information. I contacted them again when I got no response and they said "this should work" and sent them a video of the problem. They don't seem really interested in solving my problem.
