Review on SUZUKI DRZ400 RADIATOR LOUVERS GUARDS by Paul Newton

Very strong but very difficult to install as it doesn't flex that much. The throttle side fitted perfectly when installed, but the clutch side did not. I thought it was just difficult to install, like the throttle side, but it bent the plastic of the guard showing it was too big. I had to make some modifications to get it to fit, heat the plastic up a bit and let it harden so it didn't look terrible and still provide protection for the heatsink. I would love to see a video of how they installed them and compare them. Yes, I ordered the right part for the right bike. Let's see how they hold up after a full season.
