As far as I know the belt only has one major problem. It advertises that it has an "anti-nickel buckle" and is safe to wear for those allergic to nickel. However, this turned out to be obvious and immediately wrong as it started causing pimples on my skin just a week after I started wearing it. As far as I know I'm not overly sensitive and can usually wear nickel plated metals for some time before I get hives, but the buckle on this belt caught fire after a week and I found I couldn't wear it anymore. If you have even a mild nickel allergy I would not recommend this belt.
