The first time I installed something like this it was relatively easy. It's a bit tricky to set up, and it doesn't quite align the monitors in the middle. But it's durable and takes up less space than others I've seen, so it works really well with my small desk. It holds my monitors perfectly, and they are 27 inches tall and weigh 12 pounds each.
