So I bought this for my iphone because we have a pool and recently moved to Florida where we go to the beach often. This did what it was supposed to do, which was to keep water out of the pouch. I mean, let's face it, that's the most important part, right? However, the downside is that my phone didn't register when I touched the button to take a picture with this case. I was able to navigate between the screens with ease, but I couldn't take a photo without setting it to 3 seconds. Timer and release (under water). With no water it worked fine as if I didn't have any plastic casing around it at all. So I personally had to find a way to make it work, and I did. However, other people said they had no problem shooting underwater. Anyway, I didn't have to toss it in a bag of rice or buy a new one after experimenting with a new purchase, so thought I'd pass this along to anyone considering this purchase.
