I've been using these on my bike for about 6 months now and they work exceptionally well. They held up well, the adhesion stayed in place and they are low profile enough not to get in the way of saddlebag liners/pockets if you have them. Extra storage for registration, tools, pens, insurance cards, a flashlight, or other frequently needed items within easy reach is very helpful. Also, he plans to use it to store a self-defense item, it works well with smaller guns and holsters, especially if the holster has a belt clip to keep them secure in pockets. Update 8 months later: 1 star deduction (up to 4), because Velcro behind saddlebags wears off. They've been primed properly, but it just doesn't hold up.
