Spray nozzle is great but other parts break almost immediately. The speakerphone mount is made of such a fragile plastic that it needs to be attached with at least 3 turns of teflon tape (included) and carefully hand tightened as any wrench or pliers will break it instantly, but my all still holds up a month later because I am very careful with it. This alone makes it an expert level installer. Then the hose burst less than a week after installation and I had to clean the hose out of the nozzle, which I threw away. I put 2 because the atomizer itself works perfectly. There are no settings but I don't need them and it can spray so strong that I also use it to clean the toilet next to the shower and I usually turn it halfway down but sometimes I really like the strong jet on my back or for massage heads. While it worked out fine for me in the end I don't expect the holder to last long and with such terrible tubing material I would never recommend this product to anyone else.
