MISSING PARTS 🤬 - Horses

I received my original order and it was missing the element that allows it to be attached to the hose (the attachment was shown as part of the product). I returned the order and requested a new one. The replacement was missing the same part as before AND now I didn't get the rubber washers... so MORE PARTS MISSING THAN BEFORE! Now I have no easy way to return the product or request a refund for a replacement. I DON'T HAVE TIME to find out...let alone waste time trying to get it back. waste of time and money.
