We bought after reading the reviews. If we had read the reviews we most likely would not have bought it. Here is our opinion. Very well packaged by the manufacturer, the mug is the lightest we have ever seen. After reading the reviews and based on the weight alone we assumed that this must be the main reason why so many unsuccessful complaints have been received as it seems quite fragile. Rest assured it is not fragile and we have treated it as we normally treat all our glassware. Surprisingly, the mug is insulated with a double-walled design that keeps the temperature of both hot and cold drinks well. 8.
