Not the best collaboration on artificial trees

The packaging was terrible. It was flattened into an 8" x 8" plastic bag. I was really hoping I could shape it but the stems aren't cooperating and the leaves are just a mess. Maybe I can try petting her? IDK I don't like this at all, but I'm determined to make it look like the picture. My advice is don't waste your time and money.
