Installation took a while because it was my first time and I installed it myself. It held my screen well and feels solid (I hardly move it). The only problem is the instructions. Personally, I just feel that some of the steps should be done in a different order. I kinda followed the steps to the middle part. Where it forces you to put your hand on the stand, then attach the screen (if someone helps you, that shouldn't be a problem). But since it was just me, I connect my hand to the screen and then to the stand. There is only 1 plastic part, this is the included cable organizer. You must install it before attaching the shield to the handpiece. Or you will install it in an awkward position.
