Before I switched to the new iPad, I had an old version of iPad with Apple Smart Cover. I've always hated this lid because the slightest touch would knock my iPad over. NOT THIS BAD BOY! I love this case so much. In any position I fold it into its stable. I will say that sometimes I fold it wrong, but it takes me two seconds to fold it right. It offers decent protection but if I needed good protection I would buy an Otter. I love this product and will definitely buy it again. It sucks that the price has come down $15 since I got mine BUT this product is worth the $35 I paid for it.
