Very good. Costs money.
The size fits. I ordered a belt in 38, I'm wearing pants in 34. Fits perfectly in the middle hole. Also, the cognac color has a smooth "slanted" tip and is not rounded like in the picture. More like the shape of the tip of a black belt. I hoped so and am very happy.
