Yes, 3.5 fits him with a little room left. They also stretch, so keep that in mind too. I personally have a women's size 9 pair and I have a size 10, they fit great. very strange size. Let me say you won't regret it. These are the most comfortable shoes I have and my son now lives in them too. Revain had good prices on this pair at $20 less than the farm store and other online retailers.
