I've been using a medium sized soft cloth for 6 weeks now. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm almost comfortable on my back with a regular pillow on either side of my head for support, but I need some neck support. That's great! I had to "squish" some of the filler on the sides of the pillow so there isn't as much neck support. I use the "small" side of the pillow on my back, and the sides are just right for side sleeping. and I can get into a side sleeping position that doesn't pinch my ear! I was skeptical, but this works exactly as I had hoped. "Soft" suits me. but it's definitely not a "soft" pillow. I'm not sure I'd be happy with anything more solid.
