Review on Wireless Headphones Soundcore Liberty Air 2, white by Bogomil Stratev ᠌

Ive never seen anything worse! A terrible purchase.

After a few months had passed, a replacement that was covered by the case's warranty ensured that the headset would no longer disconnect from the phone when the headphones were placed inside the case. After another six months had passed, the issue reared its head again. The warranty had already run out by the time I got it in my hands. There is a significant reduction in audibility when utilizing headphones instead of a headset. It is not feasible to connect them manually or as a bluetooth headset when using Telegram or Whatsapp for calls, and it is also not possible to connect them automatically. There are no issues of this nature with any of the other headsets. There is no technical help available; after initially advising users to perform a complete reset, the company eventually ceased replying completely. The bottom line is that the headset is functional when connected to the, but the right earpiece has ceased connecting. To fix this issue, try removing it from its case and replacing it five times; alternatively, perform a complete reset. There is a crackle in the right earpiece that can be heard after pausing the music and starting it back up again. pause-play is inconsistent, since it sometimes vanishes and other times requires you to reconnect. Purchasing is not something that I would ever suggest doing. Continue to deal with your issues at the "broken trough" level.

Pros
  • Strong acoustics. When working.
Cons
  • After a half year, difficulties began occurring with the right earpiece not detaching from the phone when the headphones were put into the case. The interlocutors complained about impaired hearing when chatting. Additionally, they do not connect as a headset in Telegram and Whatsapp.
