A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.
I measured my heart rate with this bracelet and a garmin chest heart rate monitor while jogging. The bracelet was set to continuous pulse measurement mode. It turned out that with a pulse of 165, the bracelet shows 125. At the same time, it is accurate at low pulses. The error at high frequencies is either due to the insufficient frequency of the optical sensor, or to the software algorithm for averaging heart rate up to a minute, which cuts off the maxima. In general, this bracelet is not for training.
