Great fan, very easy to install
Emerson makes very good, quiet fans that are very easy to install. A person can get a less expensive ceiling fan, but it's totally worth the money. I installed a similar Emerson fan about 9 years ago and it still works great. If you're thinking of buying a ceiling fan of this size, check out this one.
