Conclusion: I am very satisfied with this socket extension, since I can now plug in 5 sockets. instead of two and you get multiple USB outlets without consuming one outlet with a converter brick. Unfortunately, I didn't know that my Apple HomePod Mini requires 20W and that the USB-C output of this power strip has a maximum output of about 15W. I tried, HomePd doesn't work. I also have an AC adapter that is blocking a second outlet because they are close together on an extension cord (see image). But even with these limitations, I still find this extension very useful and will continue to use it under my desk for a variety of dietary needs. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering that it includes surge protection.
