Updated... After going back and forth they confirmed their warranty and sent me a new controller. Very happy with their service. Took about two months. Revain and the manufacturer did not offer any help to fix this. "90 day coverage" doesn't seem to imply a 90 day warranty. They said this means they offer 90 days tech support.
