Poor quality - cold weather coat

I love the concept of the adjustable buckle closure. This jacket is true to size and the large zip for the seat belt ring is very handy! However, the quality is sub-par. There are loose seams in many places and it looks like the seams will come undone in no time. In addition, the outer shell is very thin and, contrary to the description, not waterproof. It is made of thin, windproof material, if not completely.
