Durable and heat resistant.
This chopper is a great tool for many uses in the kitchen. It is durable, heat resistant and easy to clean. I liked the fact that I could use this utensil to shred the bacon that I diced during the cooking process. It is excellent for frozen ground beef and fresh ground beef. The blades on this one are strong and have a sharper edge than others I've used to better chop food.
