When the item arrived it was missing a piece of metal that fits under the blue locking lever. I contacted customer service and asked for help to get this part shipped to me. Not only did they respond to my email very quickly, they also sent the missing part right away. The product was received within 3-4 days. They sent a new latch lever with the missing part.
