The team at BSAAS are always helpful with any questions I have about their product or services they provide! They take time out from what must be very busy days/weeks for them (I'm sure it's not easy!) just so that we can get our work done without worrying too much when things don't go perfectly smoothly during an engagement - which happens far more often than you'd think!! We've had some great success using this service over many years now but if there was one thing i could change then maybe adding another level would help us reach new customers who may otherwise never hear anything positive regarding binary skills?
