Not suitable for back sleepers - forces the neck to move forward into an unnatural position.
This pillow looked so promising! I recently had to sleep on my back and was looking for a good support. The area supporting your neck is so high that it pushes your head forward and hurts instead. Maybe I just have a short neck or something, but my goal is to get a good pillow so my neck is straight and my head is straight and doesn't fall forward. I also see that it's good for those who sleep on their side. . I tried this position and it seemed fine, I just can't sleep on my side so it's useless to me. i will return it
