Review on Lipper International 1146 Acacia Rolltop by Justin Munajj

I was looking for a bread bin to fit some junk on my kitchen counter and went through a few options before settling on this hinged lid. an option because it reminded me of the desk we had when I was a kid. I really like it - seems like it holds a lot of space, the shelf on top is handy and it's a good size. However, the flip-top hits items located at the back of the box, and the rotating part itself is not smooth at all. I was hoping that it would get better with time but it has been a few months now and no improvement is visible. I'm not unhappy with it and it's definitely not going anywhere, but I do have a moment of irritation when I open or close it.
