Not worth the money - poor quality!

I loved this backpack for my son who is a sophomore in high school but after 3 months the back zipper completely detached from the back of the bag rendering it completely unusable. We paid $56.99 for it, which I thought was expensive but looks like a good backpack. I've bought much cheaper backpacks that have lasted for years. This lasted 3 months. DISSATISFIED! As it was purchased more than a month ago I cannot return it and there is no seller contact information.

Pros

✈ TSA CONVENIENCE AND MULTIFUNCTIONALITY: Checkpoint approved design allows for quick and easy access by freely folding the laptop 90°-180° without having to remove the laptop. And side zippered pockets for your passport, tickets and other small items temporarily, which is a great companion for outdoor activities. This TSA backpack with USB port is an ideal accessory for men and women on trips such as camping, hiking, vacation abroad, trekking, climbing, weekend getaway.
