I liked this filter until the PSU started blinking on its own. Helpdesk is an autoresponder. It looks like a person responds to messages within a limited number of hours each day. If you miss a call back, you have to call back and hope they can reach you when they call back. Customer Service = Groundhog Day. I will never buy from them again. Too many other companies are willing to make the effort.
