first problem solved! -After support wrote me back suggest me to change MODE. I switch from 2 to 1. And now it works perfectly! I don't know why there are 2 modes. NOW THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. Red Light Flicker Alert (Abnormal Condition) I received this in April and used it about 3 times on vacation. I love making films with him. But now just keep flashing the red light. Nothing works. Less than six months later, this thing is already broken. Not very happy! It broke on the last day of my vacation! $$$ down the drain if I don't get a replacement. Update - I was able to return the defective product but still have not received any communication from the seller after sending them 2 emails. So I don't know if they will refund the money or replace it with another one. really upset by the message that no one is replying. Update again - finally got an answer from the head office. And Matt promises to ship the new device in a few weeks after they receive the new stock. So if you ever have a problem with your device, contact the Home Office directly as no one will answer you in the US. And they say the return has been approved.
