No word of instructions or contacting the manufacturer or seller. alone with that, although Revain's listing says I should contact her with any questions or concerns. It works out? so far yes. at least a couple of features I've tried. It doesn't hold up very well in a USB-C iPad: it keeps falling out. I have to connect it to the iPad to keep it connected. Searching the web does not provide any information about this company, so it looks like you bought it on the stock exchange.
