Very comfortable and light
These knee pads are too small. But they are very comfortable and fit my legs very well. My old Asics knee pads sometimes don't slide well on the gym floor. Therefore they land on my leg and not on my knee. These knee pads stay in place and slide well without ruining the fabric. I had a pair of Nike pads that appeared to be made out of a different type of foam. When I first knelt down, the foam went flat and gossamer, and the outer fabric began to almost melt from friction. So far these pads are holding up very well.
