Fantastic tool for recruitment purposes
The ability to track all applicants in one place (both current & potential). It helps us keep our database up to date which means we can be sure any applicant has been contacted within 24 hours if needed. We have not found anything I dislike about this product but would like an option where candidates could apply online instead of having to fill out paper applications! This way they don't need access to email addresses etc so are less likely to get spammed by junk mailers advertising jobs/opportunities when their profile isn’t even open.
Pros
- Ease at finding lost opportunities, tracking down missing information that should already exist or updating details such as phone numbers / emails for existing employees saves time going through lists manually looking things up again each year with new hires coming into your organization from other companies
