I naturally sleep on my back. This type of pillow was recommended to me when I was expecting my first child as sleeping on the back of a child in the 2nd and 3rd trimester is not very good. After some research I ordered this pillow. It's like sleeping on mommy's little cloud! I have used it with both of my children's pregnancies. The pillow wraps your entire body and outlines the shape of a pregnant woman. The ideal location has a buckle that can be placed under a large belly for support, while the wrap style supports your back while you sleep and prevents you from falling onto your back. If you need to turn over and adjust at night, it's easy, you just turn over, no need to take a pillow or switch sides with a pillow, the other side is waiting for you! takes up a lot of space in the bed! We had a queen bed at the time I used it and my husband often slept in our guest room during both pregnancies because of the cramped space. A king bed may not have this problem. Also, it is very difficult to take off and wash the pillowcase and put it back on. As for the pillow itself, we did before the second use, put it in our washing machine and hoped for the best. It might not be very good for a washing machine, but I did. It would probably be better to take it to the cleaners. Nevertheless, it's worth it!
