Good replacement but hard to find.

Excellent bulbs, no blue and very bright. The only problem is that they are much longer than normal H3 bulbs. I was able to fit them with a little modification, but I see that they are too big for many uses. In principle, your mileage can vary. I use them (pictured) as fog lights on my classic Range Rover.
