As a therapist, this diary is a godsend

I made a bulk order of these diaries after starting my own. It really helps focus on gratefulness and habit changing without the guilt-trip. I love the quotes on every page; They're inspiring! It is a good way to self-monitor without being overbearing. I love the positive approach of the diary and how they explain the psychology of why it works. I can't sing its praises enough.--Please keep in mind that this diary is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy.
