Bought for my husband who is a mail carrier and out in frigid weather 10-12 hours a day. He loves this thing and says it keeps him warm, actually makes him sweat a lot of the time. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that sometimes, there seems to be a disconnect between the battery pack and the vest. He has to play with it a little and jiggle the wires to get it to turn on. This is our first experience with "heated” clothing, so not sure if that is a manufacturing defect or just how they can be sometimes. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who has to work outdoors in the winter.
