I have had plantar fasciitis for almost two years now and have mostly ignored the treatment due to my busy schedule. When the pain became unbearable I bought this splint and it helped a lot! I started wearing it for just an hour each night and those first few days were painful, but it expanded the area where all my scar tissue had formed. I felt relief immediately after the first hour of use. I was able to get out of bed with the first step the next morning without that excruciating pain. I can wear it for five hours every night and train pain free again. I walked the dog for two hours and my leg was fine!
