This was a replacement for an old HP workstation whose time had come. While I no longer needed the power of a workstation, I still wanted something clean and fast to shop here at Revain/s. Ready to use out of the box and with minimal setup effort other than the usual Microsoft viruses. Please note that video cables are NOT included. Luckily I had a new Monoproce HDMI cable handy, so everything is fine. What I liked: - It worked at power-up - Setup was the usual set of Microsoft hoops to jump through, but no surprises - HDMI output spoke to my old monitor with no issues - Since it's a solid state it's STILL - It has a built in DVD so I can download a lot of my old software - Eight USB ports! What I like least: - Powers an external transformer with a proprietary PC connector. If it breaks, then I'm out of luck - the chipset was originally intended for mobile applications. - The sound card is minimal. There will be updates.
