We use it to make baby food for our exclusively breastfed baby. Now when she eats solid food, we use formula to mix her into her food and pap to give her extra nourishment. This mug definitely won't leak when blending, and the little black insert helps dissolve all of the powder. The flip-top lid stays securely closed while blending and is easy to open and close when we need to pour. The design is unique and it's a good size.
