Review on Pacsis by Ronald Reese

I like that it is easy for us as an agency or consultant with limited resources (both time & money)to get started quickly without having too many bells/whistles which can be overwhelming at times when you are trying something new! It's not perfect but we've been able solve our needs so far by using this platform - especially since there aren't any other options out their yet from what i'm aware of- if anyone knows otherwise please let me know!! We're solving problems around customer experience management within P&C insurance companies specifically related to claims handling processes across multiple lines / products etc..
