Product is VERY hard. The molded foam presses uncomfortably on the "pelvic" area, causing both pain and numbness. Even for a short test drive it was very uncomfortable. It's pretty big too. So unless you're shorter (mine is 5ft 6in), it puts you at an uncomfortable height (I hit the steering wheel with my knees). When I went to my "free" return, it was impossible to compress the lining enough to fit back into the small/thin fabric tube it came in. When I got to the UPS pickup point, I had to buy a box to ship it back because of the size of the pad. So returns are free but bring the box or you will have to pay for that part of the return - I would like to know as the return instructions said no packaging was required. I will no longer order pads from Revain. unless I am SURE it will work, as happened today with a memory foam back support pad (too big to fit in a small cloth package and they forced me to buy a separate box for each return ). Very disappointed with this whole process.
