In general the device works perfectly. There are several comments. The sound reproduction is only good in the range of 50-15000 Hz. Hard cut at 15000 Hz and soft cut <50 Hz. Generally the bass is very weak. The maximum volume is not very loud. Loud enough to make phone calls in a noisy room, but volume may drop a bit in an industrial environment. Also, quiet noises like wind noise, shuffling, etc. are not heard in the audio. Sudden noises (like door slamming, etc.) are also sometimes invisible. High quality sound is great. Classical music is adequately reproduced on audio. The highs below 15,000 Hz are excellent. The microphone is excellent, no complaints. No problem recording sudden or soft noises with the microphone. Overall great for calls or meetings, especially for the price. Not the best option for listening to music with a lot of bass.
